    Using smaller companies like start ups, internet companies or single man operations, you may have longer wait periods for prompt service and parts replacements. Some tend to just close shop after 2 years due to lack of manufacturer support and small mark ups with limited profit margins because they sell product at low pricing. Limited staff prohibits them from having a technician in 2 places at one time.

     
    All of our staff members are required to have workers compensation insurance and liability aggregate of up to 3 million.
     Our technicians are also required to carry the appropriate licenses for the areas they service. 
    Many companies we bid against, their technicians often don’t carry the required licenses. They exempt their staff from workers compensation by having the technicians fill out a one page form called a BCM250, which may expose you the buyer to losses incurred due to injury.

    We have factory certified technicians. 

    This allows us to better service our customers with the most current upgrades from manufacturers, reducing downtime and making more efficient the turn around of, adding, changing or upgrading a feature during our service visits. You will never see a technician of ours flipping pages and trying to learn about your phone system on your time.

     
    We have access to several fully stocked warehouses, locally and nationally, complete with replacement parts for every system that we sell and service. 

    This also protects our customers from unnecessary down time further protecting our customer’s bottom line.

     
    Our Headquarters is located between Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties to insure low cost trip charges for moves, adds and changes to our customer’s systems.  We have dispatch centers in most metropolitan areas, to service our state wide and nation wide customers. 

    In most cases, your service call is addressed by a prompt and courteous staff (not an answering machine) eager to answer your call promptly, making sure your service needs are being addressed.

    The competition usually understaffed, will let your important service calls be taken by automated answering machines and deposited in mailboxes to be addressed at a later time. Time is of the essence when your phones are down and your service request is dispatched when we take your call not when we receive your message.

     
    We are dealer for and support only 3 brands allowing us to provide you the flexible options available to meet your configuration request, allowing us to consult you on making an informed decision and providing you options. 

    Other companies might limit you to only one brand reducing your options even though that brand might not truly fit your application needs. Still other companies might promote several brands and not have expertise in neither, limiting the support they are able to provide.

    We provide your staff members at pre and post installation, a live in service training and present to your staff easy to read instructions on how to use all of our models. Most of our telephone sets come preprogrammed with all of the feature buttons you can think of thus reducing having to memorize codes when accessing features. We also have web meetings and websites which will further educate your executive staff on the features of our systems allowing them to keep your staff trained on feature enhancements and software updates
    Most companies give you very little of this information or if they do it is very hard to understand material in the form of a manual on CD mistranslated from Korean or Japanese to English.
     

    We give you 30 days to allow for programming changes to your switch/phones.
    Most of our competitors will charge you for such changes.

    Our Service department is available to you 24/7/365, with a emergency response time of 2 hours, because we understand the importance of your business. 
    Not all of our competitors can match our service hours, with our response time.  Do they understand how important your business is to you? WE DO!

    We can often offer you a lower monthly phone bill, as we have aligned ourselves with a select group of carriers, we get rates that are at least 25%-50% less than what you are currently paying.  If you need bandwith, stop adding T-1’s (1.5Mb), we can offer you higher bandwith (10Mb) usually for about the same as you are paying for your T-1.
    Again, not many of our competitors can offer this.  We do, to add value for our customers, because money saved on communication services can be better spent elsewhere.
