SERVICE EVALUATION
A quarterly review of your account will be made with your account
representative and customer service representative to re-evaluate your
ongoing communications and IT needs. This review will include equipment
upgrades, system expansion, new product introduction and a comprehensive
account review.
SALES AND SERVICE
Dedicated sales executive that handles your account as well as a dedicated
customer service representative available for backup, for any questions you
may have by phone. Additional Training for your new employees is a service
we also provide.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Customer care is available to you from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. Monday through
Friday. Your service requests and questions will be handled by our courteous
customer representatives. A one call contact will be established to answer
any questions regarding any system use, programming, and new software
upgrades available to your current communication or IT systems. Emergency
response to service calls is available seven days a week through our
customer service dispatch line. Our response time to major system outages is
usually two hours or less. If our customer is ever dissatisfied with our
response time on an emergency call, Accutel Total Solutions, will extend
your original warranty or service contract one additional month! No

needs. If you ever have a question about your phone bills, systems, hardware
or software...Ask us first! As a courtesy, we will order and change your
local line service while your company is moving, or expanding your
operation, or just starting up your office. "No more hassling with multiple
vendors". One of our inside customer representatives will be glad to answer
any of your questions. Our service policy states that we are your vendor of
record and we will respond to your service call first. It is up to us to
decide what your service problem is and we will delegate the party
responsible to correct the malfunction. Regardless of where the problem
lies, we will get the problem corrected. Just call us first! Your company
